It's strange to say this, but we won't be home for Thanksgiving this year. This is the first holiday season in which we are away from family and friends, ever, in our lives. It's a strange feeling.
We have a lot of sailing to get done before January, so while you are all eating turkey we are setting off on a three day passage from Kupang, Indonesia to Komodo. Next week, we will pick back up with blog posts about our time in Timor Leste (or East Timor in English), the newest formed nation in the entire world.
